Blöde Frage nochmal: Hab mir heut die Kurve angeschaut wos passiert ist. Da waren aber keinerlei kratzer auf der Straße. Hab nur ne kurze Blockierspuhr gesehen in richtung Leitplanke. Ist er da rein gefahren, oder wie? Ich verstehs einfach nicht wirklich, bin zu blöd!

wenn Dirk sich besser an den Sturz erinnern könnte, wäre die Geschichte mit den Schmerzen im Moment des Crashs auch weit unangenehmer gewesen.
Aber oft kann man sich mit den Spuren am Unfallort als Leihe keinen Reim draus machen. Kann man nur auf die Auffassungsgabe der "grünen" hoffen.
Möglich wäre, das er samt Maschine in die Leitplanke ist und er sich durch diese das Bein gebrochen hat. Fragen über Fragen

Wenn diese feigen Radfahrer nicht abgehauen wären dann hätte man den Unfallhergang besser rekonstruieren können.

Dirk is having a 2nd operation today. It seems his shoulder is more hurt than they first thought. He has some torn muscle, fibers, and who knows what else.

Thanks to everyone who has visited him in the hospital. I know it means a lot and keeps him in good spirits.

I know that Dirk has friends here and I've met some of them when I've gone to some of the group outings. Everyone is always nice, friendly, and welcoming despite my lack of fluent German.

I know he's usually the 'quiet one' of the group but I just wanted to let his riding buddies know where he was and what was going on.

I really didn't expect the outpour of 'get well soon's and its really touching.



Its really great that people take some time out of their day to check in on him, and I'm sure that's part of why his spirits are up and he's looking forward to getting back on the curvy roads.

I'm not sure. I would say give it a few days. I talked to him today (Friday) and he's still hurting from the shoulder operation and he has very little ability of free movement right now.

So I would say wait until after the weekend.

Oh, and no more cookies please, he has plenty now.

Für "Gute Besserung" Hab ich nur "Get well soon" gefunden.
